In 2018, after a thriving career in commercial real estate lease administration, Katie Porter launched Leasie.  She saw a need in the market for superior lease abstracting services for property managers, brokers, lenders, database companies, auditors and tenants.

Leasie provides full service lease administration support, which includes lease abstracting, rent roll monitoring, COI tracking, budgeting, lease audits, critical date tracking and CAM reconciliation review.  Our goal is create partnerships with our clients to make their businesses more profitable and successful.
